pilmo kang H72SCCTZPE8 unsplashThe Gulf Downstream Association (GDA) has been rescheduled to 14-16 September 2021

The new dates take into account myriad factors, such as the economic impact of COVID-19, the ease of travel and the health and safety of all participants, employees and contractors.

Rescheduling this downstream event at a prudent time will enable the organiser to come back stronger based on the experiences, insights, lessons learned and extraordinary stories of resilience emanating from this unique crisis.

With its theme, “Downstream Turning Points – Capitalising on Tranformation”, GDA will offer the energy industry a unique platform to share lessons, solutions, and ideas for a new world when we reconvene in 2021.

In the interim period, the GDA Conference team has planned for new initiatives, including, in-depth interviews, webinars, case studies, and expert commentary through the GDA Downstream Minute blog which will shed light on latest downstream developments and innovations in the industry.

Together with its founding companies - Saudi Aramco, Kuwait Petroleum International (KPI), Bahrain Petroleum Company (BAPCO), Kuwait National Petroleum Company (KNPC) and Abu Dhabi National Oil Company (ADNOC), GDA continues to represent a common voice for the downstream industry, advancing insight and dialogue among global and regional downstream players.

The GDA Conference is the leading strategic platform for international downstream professionals in the Middle East to address global business challenges, share best practices and unlock potential opportunities through partnerships and collaborations.

This forum aims to engage regional and international stakeholders across operators, technology providers, policy-makers and academia to capitalise on investment, innovation and growth in a safe and sustainable environment.
