GE Oil & Gas is showcasing its new product lines and advanced digital technology portfolio at ADIPEC 2015
The company’s newly upgraded turbine LM6000-PF+ will be unveiled at the show. The turbine is compact and offers faster installation and commissioning onshore as well as offshore.
In addition to the high-performance turbine, the System 1 Premium Package condition monitoring and diagnostic software will also be unveiled. Its the flagship online condition monitoring (CM) solution of GE Bently Nevada, and the premium package represents a new approach in GE’s mission to provide users with a single ecosystem for plant-wide machinery management. It provides scale in database management, diagnostics and work prioritisation, adding to the operational efficiency of the assets, said the company.
Meanwhile, GE Oil & Gas’ technology showcase include unified operations (connecting asset intelligence and operational data for an enterprise-wide view), field vantage (keeping GE Oil & Gas customers connected to their field data anytime, anywhere) and intelligent pipelines – the industry’s first Industrial Internet solution for pipeline management.
The company’s latest offerings are designed to drive asset optimisation and strengthen the operational excellence of its customers.

Key contributions by senior GE Oil & Gas professionals include Rafael Santana, president and CEO of turbomachinery solutions of GE Oil & Gas, who will be on the panel titled Global Energy Mix.
Additionally, GE Oil & Gas experts will present technical papers at ADIPEC, including by James Stewart, on Feasibility Study for an Unpiggable Subsea Pipeline at 3:40pm on 11 November and by Osama Ashour, on Diagnostic Rules for Gas Turbines Driving Centrifugal Compressors, at 2pm on 12 November.
